Our habitat is a dream place for people:

spending time on hiking and cycling trails of the Beskid Sądecki and the Pieniny Mountains,
freelancers looking for silence, inspiration and focus among mountain landscapes,
families with children seeking relaxation close to nature,
as well as guests travelling with pets.

Exclusive rental of the habitat

When we are not on-site, we offer the possibility to rent the entire habitat exclusively for you.

Price per night (up to 7 guests, VAT included)

low season: 1400–1600 PLN,
winter holidays: 1500–1700 PLN,
summer holidays 1800-2100 PLN,
popular weekends: 2200 PLN,
Christmas 2400 PLN,
New Year’s Eve: 3000 PLN.

We require a refundable deposit of 1500 PLN, which is returned within a few days after departure.
For the 8th, 9th and 10th guest an additional fee of 50 PLN/night applies.
Children receive discounts:

up to 2 years – 20%,
3–7 years – 10%,
8–12 years – 5%.
Pets are welcome – 30 PLN/night.

If more than 10 guests arrive and some of you stay in a tent in the garden, the additional cost will be provided in an individual offer.

Comfortable house with character

The house accommodates up to 10 guests:

2 double beds (200x200 cm),
2 single beds (90x200 cm),
2 sofa beds (135x195 cm and 150x220 cm),
in summer – possibility to set up tents in the garden.

The house is fully equipped: underfloor heating, air conditioning, fast Wi-Fi internet, strong LTE coverage.
On the terrace (50 m²) there are sun loungers and western-style chairs, perfect for relaxing at sunset.

Amenities and attractions

At the habitat you will find:

outdoor hot tub, sauna, covered barbecue area with a pizza oven and stove kitchen,
gazebo in the Pieniny style and a bonfire area with seating,
hammocks, wooden playhouse with sandbox, summer pool for children,
boules court for pétanque,
projector, screen, Apple TV, Max, Disney+, board games and a local library,
for cyclists: bike charging and washing station, racks for 8 e-bikes and a tool set.
